This message starts off with obvious lies. I never requested scammers like these to call me back. I have no idea what a "hands program" is. I assume the rest of the message contains more lies.

Jul 8: Card member services scam

"This is an important message from card member services. THIS is your final courtesy call. Before we close the file on your annual credit card account review. We have sent you several courtesy notices. To your residence. This will be the last time to take adVANtage in lowering your credit card interest rate.
