"Hi. This is Kristin calling back in regards to your loan modification. You spoke to our office and requested us to call you back if the new program were to come out. This program is available to homeowners who are behind on their mortgage or struggling. Even if you are previously denied the hands program or if you are behind on your mortgage or if you owe more on your home than what it's worth, we can help you. Please call 888-308-6718. Again, the number to reach us is 888-308-6718. Thank you and I look forward to speaking with you."
This message starts off with obvious lies. I never requested scammers like these to call me back. I have no idea what a "hands program" is. I assume the rest of the message contains more lies.

Please report this junk call and hopefully it will stop. I got the same call and did report it.
Same robocall but the return number is now 888-457-6534. FYI.
Same robocall to our landline in 732 area code, Sept 7 2011. We've never requested loan mod nor dealt with loan agency. Robot hides its outgoing phone number, so hard to report to doNotCall.
I received the an identical call today. Caller ID showed NUMBER BLOCKED. Legitimate lenders want you to know their name and phone numbers; they also identfy their company by name. yesterday I received another scam call from "Rachel" from "your credit card company". It it sad that the Supreme Court gave corporations carte blanche to scam and get away with it.
