Jun 2: "This is an important message about your mortgage" scam

Woman's voice: "This is an important message about your mortgage. President Obama has just signed a seventy-five billion dollar stimulus package, which includes homeowner protection laws. The government is requiring that your mortgage company make your mortgage payments more affordable. Press one now if you are behind on your mortgage payments, have an interest rate above seven percent, have an adjustable rate mortgage, or if you owe more than your home is worth. You might be a victim of predatory lending and we can help. You can benefit from this stimulus package with a loan restructure. This is not a refinance. This is not based upon your credit score or your home's value. Press one now to speak with a live restructure specialist. Press two to be removed from our list."
