they conduct what are known as "push polls". they are not in fact really polls, but are designed to ask questions about ballot initiatives in a leading way to influence your opinion on a given initiative. in this one they ask about your position on Props 73 and 75 in a way that makes them sound like the only way anyone can vote is yes. then they go on to ask about the Supreme Court decision that "allows government to take your property for ....". what this has to do with any of the California Props is completely unclear. evil evil!
