A recording about home alarms called. I pressed one and asked who they were. The woman said that they were "The Home Security Center". I asked where it was and she said it was in Southern California.

I received a call from this "organization" on 21 June 2010. I spoke with "Marina" and she said the company was located in Irvine, CA.
I googled "Home Security Center" and found a website that only links to other websites (like Brinks, etc.)
If you want an alarm on your house, get it from someone you know and can physically see their office, IMHO.
This is in response to a post you put up on April 7, 2010 regarding a telemarketing call from the "Home Security Center". I am plaintiff’s counsel in a class action lawsuit against the company that made the call, Saveology.com LLC. The case is Braun v. Saveology, Case No. 3:12-cv-00085-JLS-MDD, pending in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of California here in San Diego.
