Aug 17: "Charles" with "the rewards department" with Cancun and Orlando vacation scam: "sunset group"

The recording said "touch one" a bunch of times, which was similar to some previous scam that called.

I pressed one and a woman said it was "marketing for sunset group". She also said that there was a requirement to be at least twenty-three years old or something like that, but I was hanging up at that point.

I got a similar call from "Tina". The deal seems very attractive. $299 for two adults double occupancy. 4 nights at Cancun and 4 nights at Orlando plus two passes for Disney World. I almost purchased it. But I went on to travel website to look for the going rate and can't find the resorts she mentioned.

It's because of jerks like the above Anonymous that those fuckers kept calling everybody else until it was made illegal in September.

I received a similar call, I did not read this post before I bought it because it seemed like a good deal, I think you "think" you got ripped off because you didn't ask questions. I asked, is airfare included? they replied NO, is it all inclusive they said NO, so I kept asking questions and then the sales person brought his manager on the line BOB was his name. Bob was very nice and explained the entire package in full. Me and my family had a wonder vacation with no fraud, no scam involved. I guess their only low ethic was the 1hr tour which was a bit boring. The day before we got out brochures we started reading all these complaints and almost did not take the vacation. We decided to take the risk and had a wonderful vacation and even received a free cruise which I gave to my parents and they had a blast. I hope that if indeed the writer took advantage of the promotion he should have talked to the many other people who had taken advantage of the promotion. By the way..... to go all inclusive was only 101USD for the entire week and not 99 per day per adult.
