The recording of Ben with "mortgage specialists" has called Sept 2, 6, 7, 15, 28, Oct 3 and 10 with a similar message.

The "only lender" in my state that can offer those rates? Then who else is calling my phone number with similar recordings? Is there only one lender spewing out multiple prerecorded messages using different voices and different virtually anonymous organizations like "mortgage specialists" or "the mortgage department" or "the financial department" about 1% loans? Or is it just more telemarketer lies?
