She asked a bunch of questions about my mortgage. She asked if I wanted cash out. I said no. She asked if I wanted to cut my monthly payments down. I said no, because, presumably, it would be because she wants to push an adjustable rate loan, just like the junk mail that I get every day pushes. She said have a nice day and hung up.
