I'm getting a free cell phone with free shipping and handling. He said stuff, then said ok. Then after a while, he says hello. I say hello. That happened at least six times throughout the call. I said no to the free phone. Then he kept asking me why I don't want a free cell phone. He said it's a wonderful offer. I said I didn't want one at least four times. Finally he got the message and said ok bye bye and hung up. He didn't sound American. He sounded like he could be Indian.
