There is no cost for this equipment. And the installation is free. To speak with one of our security specialists now, please press one. If you would like to decline this special promotion, please press two now. Thank you."

Most of the sentences seemed spliced together, leaving insufficient time between them for breathing naturally. Probably to splice phrases in and out of different variations on the scam.
