Ayun (or something like that) calling about my mortgage

He said he was calling about my loan with some other company, which actually no longer has my loan. I said nothing. After a while, he said hello. I said hello. He then said that he could get my payment down to some figure. I again said nothing, as he said nothing I needed to respond to. After a while, he said hello. I said hello. There was silence for a while. Then he hung up. I couldn't really tell what he said when he said his name. Maybe it was Ug-Yoon or Agyu. It didn't sound like any name I've heard before. He sounded completely American, though.
