Woman's voice: "This is a very important message about your current home loan. We have some great news for you. Right now, we are offering our customers a chance to lower their monthly mortgage payment and rate without having to refinance regardless of credit, income, late payment, or if you are facing foreclosure. This is a free approval process and only takes a couple minutes. To see what your new payment and rate would be, please press one now to speak with our customer benefits department. To not be contacted again about this special offer, please press two."

Some of the phrases seemed subtly off, as if they were spliced together from multiple recordings or maybe just some crap was spliced out. The end result is still crap.
