I get this call too, almost everyday and it's driving me crazy! The recorded woman's voice is very forceful and quite annoying. I've tried punching through the system to eventually get to a real person, but everytime I do and tell them to remove me from their list, they either 1) hang up on me or 2) tell me to go register at the National Do Not Call List. They're still doing this recording at some telemarketer somewhere. Just got one today, and the above message is nearly word-for-word identical to the one I got. Someone must be selling a "phone scam starter kit", or something.
