This recording has called Sep 21, Oct 18, Nov 21, Dec 12 and Dec 16.
"Hi. This is David Clark with the Mortgage Connection. This call is in regards to your mortgage application that we received. I would like to preapprove you on a one point two five percent thirty year mortgage program. To be connected immediately press one. If for whatever reason you're not interested in our one point two five percent mortgage program press nine."

I've gotten three similar calls. After some in-depth reseach, I've got confirmation from a company employee that these calls are from a company "doing business as" Mortgage Connection, but are actually
American Call Center Services Inc

San Pedro, CA 97031
They are likely calling from a call center located at
2101 Business Center Dr.
Irvine, CA 92612
The CEO is a Mr. James Cauvier
A reciever of these calls ( the pre-recorded calls ) are entitled to a minimum Federal statutory award of $ 500.00 per call, with that amount being tripled to
$ 1500.00 for calls made intentionally and willfully, is disregard of the law.
There may be additional amounts available under state law, depending on where one lives.
These suits can be brought in local small claims courts.
