This recording of "Victoria" has called Dec 13. The recording of "Keri" with "the mortgage department" has called Oct 2 and Oct 31. A similar recording of "Michelle" with "the financial department" called Nov 4 in 2005, Mar 30, Apr 27, May 16, Jun 21, Jul 19, 28, Aug 17, Aug 31, and Oct 18. An almost identical recording of "Michelle" with "the mortgage department" called on on Oct 6, 19, Nov 7, 8, 11, twice on Nov 14, and Dec 8 and 20 in 2005. An almost identical recording of "Jane" with "the financial department" has called Jan 11, 25, Feb 21, Mar 7 and Mar 24. A very similar recording of "Brittany" called on Dec 19 in 2005. A very similar recording of "Jennifer" with "the financial department" called Dec 5 in 2005.

There were also calls from "William Harrison" from "the financial department" on Sept 2, 6, 20, 21, 22, 29, Oct 12, 13, 25, 28, Nov 1, 10, and 14 in 2005.

I think it's the same person recording the messages claiming to be "Keri", "Michelle", "Jane", "Jennifer", "Brittany", etc.
