Sept 15: Answering machine spam: Cardholder Services: Recording of Rachel

Something about lowering interest rates (presumably credit card) to 6.9%. She said menacing things like "Consider this your final notice." We'll see about that. If I get another call from "Cardholder Services", they're slimy frauds. I also consider her attempt to instill urgency to be deceptive.

In fact, the entire message seems deceptive. The name "Cardholder Services" without specifying any specific credit card compnay. She referred to "your current credit card". They're probably trying to scam people into thinking they are affiliated with the actual credit card companies.
