Sept 13 7:28pm: Anonymous telemarketer

It sounded like he or she was talking on some horrible cell phone. He or she asked for the homeowner, I think. I could not understand anything else. After that, I said, "I cannot understand you. Please get a better phone." Repeatedly. Until he or she hung up.

I'm guessing this is another case of offshore telemarketers making harassing calls to their shit lists.
