The best thing is, your mortgage lender or your legal housing/credit counselor can help you decide which option is best for you to cope up and take control on your finances during this crisis state of our economy.Your lender is your friend, both sides will try to resolve the problem, and there will be more options if you communicate with your mortgage lender early.
