May 14: Automated "four minute survey of California political views"

"...polls is conducting a four minute survey of California political views. If you are registered voter, please press one on your phone now."

The first part of the the recording wasn't recorded because the answering machine was answering the phone. I assume it was identifying itself as some polling organization. The next two and a half weeks before the next election will probably suck. There have been an increase in hang-up calls to the answering machine in the last few days and it has been markedly bad today.
