Which means they cost less than traditional home loans. With the the new guidelines, you may be eligible to refinance your existing home loan and save money no matter what your credit score. Press one now to find out if you are eligible. Press three if you wish to be removed from our marketing list."

Who the hell are they and why is my phone number on their "marketing list"? They're probably a scam latching onto the new government program. And since this government program ends at the end of the year, I'll have to expect ten more months of crap from whoever they are about this program, after which they'll probably have other ongoing "announcements". But since they don't identify themselves, I won't be able to connect them to other shit from them.
