This message has called Apr 20, Jun 27, and Aug 4 in 2006 and Jan 17.

Based on your recent payment activity, our department has been authorized to try and lower your interest rate to reduce your monthly payment. But there are just a couple items I'm going to need to confirm with you. So if you could please call me back directly at 1-866-236-8755. One more time, that's 1-866-236-8755. This will be the only notice you will receive. But this offer is only valid for the next three business days. Thank you so much and we look forward to serving you."

The number used to be 1-800-903-1484. The wording was otherwise identical. I suppose this will be "the only notice" until they get a new phone number.
