This recording has called May 18 and at work on Jul 11.

Otherwise, press one now to be connected to a representative to discuss your annual account review and to see if you qualify for a reduction in your interest rate. You could qualify for as little as 6.9% on all of your accounts. You just need at least $2500 in total credit card debt and have one account in good standing. Again press one now to be connected. Thank you."

Since it called me at work, I was pissed off enough to press one.

After a few dozen rings, I got connected to a woman. I asked her what my account status was. She said she didn't have it, so I asked her why they called me. She said because I was eligible for something, so I asked her for my account status again. She said she didn't have it, so I told her to go get it. It sounded like she slammed the phone down.
